Chicago mural artist Sick Fisher parlayed a fleeting Craigslist ad into what he today describes as his “living portfolio.” So much more than the mayor of California Avenue, he’s become a valuable champion of the city’s public-art scene, with work slinking up the facades of buildings from Rogers Park to Humboldt Park.
